OBJECTIVE: managing the washing and decontamination of work clothes of the laboratories of the Universitat de València
ADRESSEES: staff of the UV (PAS, PDI and interns) who works in the laboratories and is exposed to dangerous, carcinogenic or mutagenic chemical agents, and also to biological agents.
SERVICE
It is carried out a comprehensive service of rental and maintenance of work clothes. The hired company makes available to users three clothes, with name and code (hidden), and with the logo of the UV on the pocket. With a weekly basis they are picked up, cleaned up and returned.
REGISTRATION, SIGNING OFF AND TRANSFER
To apply for the registration and to communicate the signing off and transfer, it is necessary to fill in the electronic application form and send it to the following email address: higiene@uv.es

COMMUNICATING THE SIGNING OFF
You have to communicate when signing off from the programme and return the clothes, since the hired company charges a cost for every missing clothe. Signing off application form
COMMUNICATION OF TRANSFER OF THE COLLECTION POINT
In case of transfer to other collection point for the change workstation, it is necessary to fill in this transfer application form and send it to: higiene@uv.es
INCIDENTS
For any other type of incident contact with the person commissioned of the collection point, that will transact the incidence to the company hired or to the Servei of Prevenció i Medi Ambient as it proceed. Incidence application form
