Although - these experts affirm - the access of the business sector to communications networks and physical equipment is high, the capacity to take advantage of this technology is not so high. According to data from the European Digitization Index (DESI), Spain has weak positions in the indicators of use and management of technological equipment and in the qualification to use it competently.
