My name is Felipe Bravo. I am an organizational psychologist from the University of Santiago de Chile. I have worked as a consultant in Chile for more than 8 years, in the area of People Development. In 2018 I came to Seville to do a Master in HR Management and later a Master in Business Administration at the Pablo de Olavide University.

Since that time I have been working on the line of leadership development in the context of teleworking.

This is why I have started my Doctorate in Human Resources since 2021, with the tutorship of Dr. Nuria Tordera. We are developing a leadership skills training program to improve the well-being and performance of teleworkers, an issue that is especially relevant given what we have been experiencing since the pandemic.

I hope to be able to collaborate as much as possible with the team and contribute as much as I can.
