Enthusiastic researcher and open-minded. Born in Hamburg (Germany) on 04/10/1992, she graduated in Psychology at the University Hamburg and made her master’s degree at the Medical School Hamburg in work- and organizational psychology. During her Master's, she worked at an occupational health management provider (BAD GmbH) and as a research assistant.

Since January 2020, she has worked with Prof. Dr. Thomas Rigotti at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz as a Ph.D. candidate. There, she carries out a health management system for university students of Mainz and researches healthy job crafting. As Thomas Rigotti and José Ramos know each other from a one-time research project on psychological contracts, she took the opportunity to discover the Spanish research world at the IDOCAL Research Institute of the University of Valencia.

She is interested in occupational health psychology, research, and learning Spanish during her stay.
