"Hello everyone! I’m Marialugia and I will carry out my internship at the IDOCAL institute with the supervision of Professor Jose Maria Peiro and Professor Luminita Patras.

Currently, I am a student in the Masters's degree program in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology at the University of Valencia but I had previous experience in Talent Management working for two years in an Italian NGO.

During my experience in IDOCAL, I will have the opportunity to analyze the impact of the training system used to verify if the employees acquire the necessary competencies.

Regarding the tasks that I will perform, they include an evaluation with a qualitative methodology, research related to the new trend in the HR field, data collection and report writing and a final presentation of the work done"
