Description

Results from the pan-European proyect "Certified Professional"

Change makers need public recognition - we provide the adequate concepts for describing and assessing change makers’ competencies!

Competencies of successful change makers have been the focus of our joint project Certified Professional over the past years. The pan-European consortium encompasses EIT Climate-KIC, the leading climate innovation initiative in Europe, Provadis School of International Management and Technology in Frankfurt, Germany and the University of Valencia, Spain. We analysed the latest literature, debated adequate descriptions of competencies with experts from theory and practice and identified performance indicators to make tangible the complex construct “competency”. The competency frameworks we developed have been tested with over 200 participants from across Europe and beyond.
