Experts meet to debate and reflect on the current reality and the future of the Valencian Archive of Design (AVD).

The debate will count on the participation of the three sponsors of the Archive: the designers Vicent Martínez, Lola Castelló and Manuel Lecuona; the co-director of AVD, Xavier Giner; and the manager of the General Foundation of the Universitat de València, Cristóbal Suria. The meeting will be moderated by the Dean of the Faculty of Geography and History, Josep Montesinos.

Graphic designers and creatives will also be present at the discussion, as well as representatives of the institutions involved in the project: the Universitat de València, the Valencian Government, the Escola d'Art i Superior de Disseny (EASD), the City Council of Valencia as well as the teaching body and academic authorities.

This debate takes place within the designation of Valencia as World Design Capital 2022 by the World Design Organization, which has been given for the first time to a Spanish city.
