From November 20 to December 22, the "Annual satisfaction satisfaction survey for the users of the Computer Service" has taken place.
First of all, we would like to thank the collaboration, to all the users, who have contributed to giving their valuable opinion. This year, the degree of participation was 71%. Second, to find that the service provided, has a very positive assessment since 88% of the surveys are "Satisfied" or "Very Satisfied." Also indicate that, thanks to the annotated comments, we can incorporate improvements in the following editions of the survey.
