A new edition of the call for the Best Academic Project for Agri-Food Cooperatives Award has been announced by the Chair of Agri-Food Cooperatives. Their summary has been published on the Official Newspaper of Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV 31/07/2025, BDNS 848850).
This award is destined for students and graduates from Spanish universities who have presented their Degree Final Project (TFG), Master's Degree Final Project (TFM) or Doctoral Thesis (TD) in the 2022-2023, 2023-2024 or 2024-2025 academic year, as long as their projects address legal, economic, fiscal or accounting aspects of the agri-food cooperatives.
This award aims to promote academic interest on social economy and agri-food cooperatives in particular by motivating high-quality scientific production in a increasingly relevant area for sustainable development.
The winner will be given a 900 € prize and the Chair will keep the rights of publication for the research and disseminate it on prestigious media with the author's consent.
The application deadline is 15 September 2025.
Complete text and regulations of the call can be consulted in the 18 June 2025 Resolution by the Universitat de València Principal Office, which is responsible for the call of the Chair of Agri-Food Cooperatives of Universitat de València best degree final project, master's degree final project or doctoral thesis for agri-food cooperatives-related legal, economic, fiscal and accounting areas made by students and graduates of the last three academic years.
