On 30th June, pre-doctoral researcher Juan José Arnadillo and professors Rafael Granell and Amadeo Fuenmayor, both tenured members of the Department of Applied Economics, presented a paper on the impact of the minimum-wage increase on employment rate at the 15th Labour Economics Conferences.
On 29th and 30th June and 1st July 2022, these conferences on Labour Economics, organised by the Spanish Association of Labour Economics (AEET) and the University of Castilla-La Mancha, were held in Albacete. In the tenth session of this meeting, on 30th June at 3 p.m., the members of the Regional Taxation Chair presented their paper entitled “Impact of the minimum-wage increase on employment rate: A synthetic control approach”.
