With the aim of promoting and disseminating research on public works, transport history, civil engineering heritage and spatial planning, the Demetrio Ribes Chair of the Universitat de València calls a new edition of its awards, addressed to recognise the best unpublished researches on these subjects.
The Demetrio Ribes Chair of the Universitat de València has called since 2004 these awards to the best unpublished works that focus their researches on the fields of public works, communication, transport, civil engineering heritage and spatial planning. To this end, the Chair sets 15 November 2017 as the deadline for the reception of these works, which must be original and written in Spanish or Valencian. Graduates and doctors of any academic discipline who present works related to the above mentioned subjects, of an extension between 200 and 250 pages, will be able to accede to this call.
The prize is awarded with a total of 6,000€ to the winning work, and its adjudication will be resolved within a maximum period of six months from the publication of the call. To consult the bases in detail, follow this link.
