Driven by the Cañada Blanch Foundation and by the Universitat de València, this Chair is composed annually by different researchers that rule joint of activities around contemporary philosophy.

This way, the Chair organises a course which is about aspects on the contemporary world and also a cycle of seminars and conferences of known researchers and professionals in the reflection area about the contemporary world.

Finally, it also coordinates the editing of all works produced in the heart of the Chair.
