On Tuesday, November 29, IUCIE professor Paula Jardón Giner received the award given by Muy Interesante magazine to the group Pastwomen. This group has been working for 15 years in research, museums and education on the material culture of women. This is the Women Scientists Award in the Dissemination category, in the second edition of these awards. In the same act, which was presided over by the Minister of Science, Diana Morant, outstanding researchers from the world of science, technology and the humanities were also awarded.
The Pastwomen network made up of more than 30 researchers from 9 Spanish and European universities, as well as museums and research centers, has as one of its objectives the open dissemination for education of scientific discoveries about the past of women through its website www.pastwomen.net and the virtual exhibition "Other views of the past"
