In the universe of expenditure taken into consideration to extract a representative sample of them, we have partially focused our efforts in this area in the expenditure corresponding to calls for grants for research projects within the framework of some national programmes of the National Scientific Research, Development and Technological Innovation Plan, in compliance with art. 4 of the Regulation (EC) 438/2001 of the Committee dated 2 March, 2001.
