Graduate and Doctor (cum laude) in Law from the Universitat de València. She is Tenure-track 1 lecturer of Civil Law at the Universitat de València and Temporary lecturer of Civil Law at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. She is co-director of two postgraduate courses of University Expert: together with Jorge Cardona i Llorens of " Derechos de la Infancia y Adolescencia: Contextos de aplicación y enfoque de derechos" (2nd edition) and with Fernando Flores Giménez of "Personas mayores y sus derechos: una nueva mirada ante el envejecimiento social" (1st edition). Accredited for the position of Tenure-track 2 lecturer, Tenure-track 1 lecturer and Temporary lecturer by CVAEC in 2009. She has been Professor of Civil Law at CEU-SAN PABLO (1999-2002); Adjunct lecturer of Civil Law at Universitat de València (2006-2015); Practising lawyer, specialising in family law (2004-2015); Manager of the CEPS Foundation (2002-2013) and Member of Parliament in the 9th Legislature of Les Corts (2015-2019). Winner of the 1st CERMI Awards. Category 3 Institutional: Impact of the UN Convention on Persons with Disabilities.
She has several postgraduate degrees and experience in research contracts, as well as a long teaching career in undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. She currently teaches in the Master of Law (Practice in Family and Inheritance Law), in the Master of Constitutional Law (Constitutional typologies of property law and the social function of property); and internationally in the Master of Constitutional Law at the Autonomous University of Honduras (Constitutional typologies of property law and the social function of property). She has recognised one five-year term.
She has carried out several research stays in international centres of reference such as La Sapienza (Rome) or Panthéon-Assas (Paris II). She has been an evaluator of doctrinal articles for foreign journals and universities. Her lines of research focus on personal, family and property law, on which subjects she has published numerous articles and contributed to teaching manuals, collective books, journals and publishing houses of recognised prestige. 
In the field of management, she is currently Vice Dean of Economics, Analysis, Planning and Campus, member of the Equality Committee and the President of the Economics Committee and the Qualifications Disputes Committee of the Faculty of Law.
