- Oxford Reference Online: bilingual dictionaries and multithematic encyclopaedias collection, among them various dedicated to history, military history, prehistory, names and places, classical world, mythology and folklore, etc.
- Codicologia: catalogue of French terms relating to the manuscripts with equivalences in English, Italian and Spanish.

Specialised Databases These are the accessible databases from the website of the library where you can find information about history:
- Historical Abstracts: references and abstracts in English of articles published in about 2000 journals in History, Humanities and Social Sciences references, also includes chapters of monographs and theses.
- International Medieval Bibliography: multidisciplinary biography of Europe, North Africa and Near East (300-1500).
- Textes de la Renaissance: Collections Honoré Champion: full-text collection of the great texts of the European Renaissance of literature, sciences and arts. It contains a full-text collection of the greatest texts of the European Renaissance of literature, phylosophy, sciences and arts. It contains the collections Textes de la Renaissance, Études et essais sur la Renaissance, and the Dictionnaire de la Langue Française du 16 siècle d'Edmond Huguet.
- Latin Patrology: electronic version of the same edition of the Latin Patrology by Jacques-Paul Migne, published between 1844 and 1855, and the four index volumes published between 1862 and 1865. It contains the works of the Church Fathers from Tertullian in 200, to the death of Pope Innocent III in 1216.
- Bibliotheca Teubneriana Latina (BTL4): more than 900 works of Latin literature since the editions of the Bibliotheca Teubneriana.
- In Principio: Incipit Index of Latin Texts: contains 1 million of incipits that covers Latin literature in all their genres, from the pre-classical period until the Renaissance.
- Thesaurus Linguae Latinae: dictionary of Latin language, that covers from the origins of the dictionary to Isidore of Seville (†636). You must install ICA Citrix Client.
- Thesaurus Linguae Graecae: ancient Greek texts between VIII century b.C. to 1453 that have survived until today.
- Collection of photographs of the Institute of Cultural Heritage of Spain access to over 400,000 photographic documents from the 2nd half of the 19th century and the whole 20th century.

- Educahistoria.com: Web portal of teaching materials for the teaching of history in secondary school.
- Spanish History Index: Resources collection about the history of Spain made by Iñaki López Martín, from the European University Institute. It allows to carry out geographic and cronological searches.
- The world wide web virtual library: selection of links about history compiled by Serge Noiret from the European University Institute. They are organised by periods, continents, material and methods, etc. In English.

Digital and virtual libraries
- Perseus digital library: digital library of history, literature and culture of the Greek and Roman world. It has numerous search options.
- The Online Medieval and Classical Library (OMACL): collection of some of the most important literary texts of classical and medieval literature. It can be searched by author, title, genre and language.
- ManuscriptaCSIC: manuscripts digitalised in Hebrew, Arabic and text written in Arabic characters of the collection of the Spanish Research Council (CSIC), works from the 13th to 20th centuries.

- L'Année philologique: published by the Société Internationale de Bibliographie Classique, is a specialized bibliography of academic works related to all aspects of the Greek and Roman civilizations. It includes all the volumes of the annual index, beginning with volume I published in 1928.
- Hispania epigraphica: epigraphy of the Iberian peninsula, from ancient times to the Visigoth period.
- En la España medieval: publication by the Complutense University, which pays special attention to the Hispanic kingdoms, Al-Andalus and areas close to the Iberian peninsula.
