On Book Day 2020, we were in lockdown, but at @BibliotequesUV we celebrated 23 April with a virtual book exhibition entitled ‘Doctors who write and writers who are doctors’. This exhibition was scheduled to take place in person at two libraries, the Biblioteca de CC de la Salut and the Biblioteca de Humanidades, but the pandemic forced us into lockdown and the exhibition was moved online.

The exhibition will feature Josep Lluís Barona in a series of videos in which the historian and professor at the University of Valencia talks about the history of world literature and the doctors who succumbed to the art of writing and became great writers. Many of them were even doctors by day and writers by night.
