Extraordinary opening of libraries at the University of Valencia

The libraries and study rooms of the Universitat de València will be opened for 1350 hours more than last year.

For more than 20 years, the libraries of the Universitat de València have offered an extraordinary schedule during exams. It is a very well-appreciated service by students, who always demand more open libraries and a wider period of opening time. This year, in response to these requests, the Joan Reglà Humanities Library will remain open every weekend from November 23 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Humanities weekends are complemented by 24-hour hours in this library from December 26 to January 23.

In addition, on the Blasco Ibáñez Campus, the Pelegrí Casanova Health Sciences Library will open on weekends from 11-12, 18-19, and January 22.

On the Tarongers Campus, the Gregori Maians Social Sciences Library (only floor -1) will open on the weekends of December from Saturday 7. In addition, on this campus two libraries will open overtime until 2 in the morning. The Gregori Maians Social Sciences Library (only floor -1) and the María Moliner Education Library will open from December 26 to January 23 offering 300 more study spaces than in previous years.

On the Burjassot Campus, the Eduard Boscà Sciences Library will open 24 hours from December 26 to January 23.

At the Ontinyent Campus, the Study Room will remain open from December 14 to January 23 in overtime.  Other Study Rooms in the city of Valencia will offer extended hours: Thesaurus Room, in the La Nau building, and the Study Room of the Historical-Medical Library.

This 2019-2020 course the libraries of the Universitat de València will remain opened for 1350 hours more than last year. With this opening, libraries respond to their commitment to students by offering a more extensive service. You can check all the extended hours on our website.
