The Library and Documentation Service of the University of Valencia awarded today, April 14, the iPad raffled among students who participated in the service’s opinion and satisfaction survey.

The ceremony took place at the Rectorate building of the University of Valencia and was attended by the Vice-Rector for Research, Carlos Hermenegildo, who presented the prize.

Also present at the event were Cristina Tomás Martínez, Director of the Library and Documentation Service; Irene Balaguer Oliver and Inmaculada Colorado Lluch, technicians from the Quality Unit; Concepción González Nieves, Secretary of the SBD Quality Committee; and Maica Lozano, technician of the service.

The winner of the iPad was Rosella Espinós Cardona, a student in the PhD Programme in Communication and Interculturality.

With this initiative, the Library and Documentation Service aims to encourage student participation in evaluation and continuous improvement processes, highlighting the importance of their feedback in enhancing service quality and adapting to their needs.
