On Wednesday, 10 December, in the Duc de Calàbria room of the Historical Library (La Nau Building), there will be a presentation of Rafael Beltrán's book "Tirant lo Blanc: cavalleria, imaginari i escriptura", which presents an updated analysis of Joanot Martorell's work, its themes, characters and context. The monograph offers a critical reading that is useful for both specialists and the general public. In addition, through a selection of images, it relates the novel to the art of its time and to current works, highlighting the relevance of this classic.

Speakers will include Joan Oleza, professor emeritus of Spanish Literature; Teresa Ferrer, director of University Publications; and the author of the book, Rafael Beltrán.
