The University of Valencia is hosting the Second Academic Service-Learning Conference, to be held at "Eduard Boscà" Library of Sciences in Campus of Burjassot on October, 17th.
Activities schedule:
· 9:30 a.m.: Guided tour to the Natural History museum.
· 10:30 a.m.: Opening ceremony.
· 13:00 p.m.: Round Table and Closing ceremony.
A Poster exhibition on service-learning projects will be displayed following the opening of the conference. The poster exhibition will be available for the Academic community until October, 31st.
The event will be opened by Mrs. Adela Valero Aleixandre, Vice-chancellor of Employment and Training programs of the University of Valencia. Also attending: Mr. Ferran Suay i Lerma, Director of the Lifelong Learning and Educational Innovation Service of the University of Valencia; Mrs. M. Jesús Martínez Usarralde and Mr. Oscar Chiva Bartoll, co-directors of the "Valencian Universities for the Service-Learning" innovation project and the conference coordinators Mrs. Susana Romo Pérez, Mr. Xavier Ponsoda i Martí and Mr. Luis Pascual Calaforra.
