The VERIFICA programme assesses the proposals for the curriculums of the degrees designed in line with the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
The assessment of official university degrees is regulated by:

• The Organic Law 4/2007, 12 April, that establishes a new structure of teachings and Spanish university degrees according to the objectives established by the construction of the EHEA.
• The Royal Decree 861/2010, 2 July, which amends the Royal Decree 1393/2007, 29 October that establishes the regulation of official university teachings.
