The best practice manual collects actions carried out by the faculties, schools and the teaching staff to encourage participation in online teaching assessment. To prepare the manual, the Quality Unit asked the faculties and schools to send a list with the specific actions implemented during the 2011-2012 academic year. The Quality Unit also asked a random and representative sample of teaching staff with acceptable response rates (always over 50% of the total number of students enrolled) to explain what is it that, in their opinion, motivated students to answer their survey.
