On 23rd and 25th June, the defence of master's degree final projects of the students of the Master's Degree in History of Science and Scientific Communication, José Antonio Pariente Silván, María Pilar Punter Chiva, María Teresa Navarro Lluch and Lucía Sapiña García, will be held at the Boardroom of the Palau de Cerveró, headquarters location of the Institute for the History of Medicine and Science López Piñero
On Monday, the 23rd June, the session begins at 5 pm with the defence of José Antonio Pariente Silván’s final project, led by José Ramón Bertomeu Sánchez, and entitled El nacimiento de una disciplina. La física y la química de Mariano Santisteban. Then, at 6 pm, it is time for María Pilar Punter Chiva and her final project, led by José Ramón Bertomeu Sánchez, and entitled Negacionistas del cambio climático a través de la prensa (1989-2007).
On Wednesday, the 25th June, the session begins at 5 pm with María Teresa Navarro Lluch’s final project, led by Josep Lluís Barona Vilar and entitled El rostro humano de la revista Ciencia: los científicos del exilio republicano. Then, at 6 pm, Lucía Sapiña García will defend her final project, led by Martí Domínguez, and entitled El cáncer infantil: una mirada a la oncología pediátrica a través de la prensa española (1960-2010).
