On 11 November, Professor Marta Estrada from Jaume I University will deliver the seminar “How to Strengthen Your Personal Brand” at Room 2A3, starting at 6:30 p.m. During the session, Marta will share key insights on how to successfully navigate the competitive job search process, as having a strong CV is no longer enough.

It is essential to create value and stand out from the crowd. Building a personal brand involves developing a personal strategy that allows the candidate to differentiate themselves and be remembered, ensuring that their personality and achievements shine above the rest.

The goal of this seminar is to understand what personal branding is, identify each candidate’s strengths, and learn how to highlight them. Ultimately, it is about applying the 4 Ps of the marketing mix to the personal sphere in order to become the company’s chosen candidate during the selection process.
