The Master's Degree welcome sessions will be held on October 3rd and 4th

We hope you are ready for the new semester at UV. The welcome sessions will take place on the 3rd and 4th of October. In addition, there will be a workshop on teamwork skills on October 6th. We count on you!

The Universitat de València welcomes you to the new edition of the Master's Degree in International Business Management (iMBA) through introductory talks and seminars.

The welcome session will take place on Monday, October 3rd, at the Faculty of Economics building, Villalonga classroom (first floor). The opening ceremony is scheduled for 10.00 hrs. and will be led by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Francisco Muñoz Murgui. The co-directors of the Master's Degree, Enrique Bigné and Carmen Pérez Cabañero, and Verónica Rivero (programme coordinator) will also take part. This will be followed by a tour of the campus led by Carmen Pérez Cabañero. Finally, Aline Simonetti (Marketing Research Assistant) will close the session with a talk on student life in Valencia. 

On Tuesday, October 4th, a seminar is scheduled in the Villalonga classroom of the Faculty of Economics, at 9.30 hrs, given by Isabel Gosálvez (technical staff of UVempleo), who will explain how to prepare your CV. Afterwards, Eduardo J. Teixeira Alves (director of Alliances and International Promotion World Design Capital Valencia 2022) will share with the students a speech under the title 'Valencia: World Design Capital 2022'. Finally, the event will close with a seminar on 'Electronic resources at the Universitat de València' by Carmen Pérez Cabañero, co-director of the iMBA.

On October 6th, at 9.00 hrs., Marita Abraham (MBA international consultant and neurocoach) will lead a workshop on teamwork skills. Author of the best seller 'Gestión del Optimismo’ [Optimism Management], the speaker will share with the attendees personal and organisational development techniques that she has been researching for more than twenty-five years.
