The Economic Constitution module of the Master’s Degree in Law, Business and Justice, taught by Prof. Jesús Olavarría, concluded with the participation of Prof. Dr. José Luis Guerrero Becar, Full Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso. Prof. Guerrero, a former student of the Master’s programme and PhD in Law from the University of Valencia, is one of Chile’s leading specialists in economic law. His book on Article 19 of the Chilean Constitution is considered a key reference in the field, not only in Chile but throughout the Ibero-American continent.
