With the visit to this food company, the University Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention of the University of Valencia has returned the field trips, after the disruption of the pandemic.
The students of the Master have returned to visit the ‘rosquilletas’ manufacturing company, in Alzira. Farinetes Alimentació Sociedad Limitada is one of the main companies in Spain within the national ranking of companies, it currently has almost 50 employees and distributes its products in 3 countries.
In addition to visiting the facilities and observing the production process in situ, they were given an extensive explanation by Francisco Domínguez (Manager) and Noelia de la Concepción (Head of Quality and Occupational Risk Prevention) of the management systems applied in the company.
The professor in charge of the visit was Ricard Calvo, course coordinator and head of Academic Management.
