Each 21 September, Europe celebrates the “European Cooperation Day” through the organisation of more than a hundred activities taking place in numerous European cities. As last year, the "Universitat de València" wants to be part of this commemoration with a Concert by the Valencian University Choir ("Orfeó Universitari") and the exhibition "Connecting cultures, connected citizens", which shows European cultural projects. Both initiatives start at 20.00h in "Centre of Carme -Cultura Contemporània", an emblematic space in the heart of the city.
The Film Symphony Orchestra (www.filmsymphony.es) also collaborates by giving away 2 tickets for the concert "Especial John Williams”, on 1 November in Valencia. The raffle of the tickets will take place when finalising the act.
This event is organised by the European programme Interact, belonging to the "Universitat de València". Interact Valencia office works to improve cooperation among the European regions and their neighboring countries.
