40th Anniversary on Democratic Councils [1979-2019]
The Universitat de València, throuhgh the Office of the Vice-Principal for Territorial Projection and Society along with the Diputació de València (Provincial Council of Valencia) and in collaboration with the Federación Valenciana de Municipios y Provincias (Valencian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces) presents the 40th anniversary of Democratic Councils.
A special occasion to organize a meeting between yesterday's and today's mayors. It is a day to describe and analyse what democratic councils have been and are from the beginning to the present day. How were the problems of the past, how are the problems of the present.
