The Pagoda Chair on Citizen Participation, Open Government and Open Data of the Universitat de València organises five conferences under the title "3rd Module on Participation and Good Government" in collaboration with the neighborhood associations that will address interesting topics as the local governance, the participation at local level, public transparency and data protection.
