Calender for implementation and phasing out
The updated curriculum for the undergraduate degree in Preschool Education will take effect in the 2009-2010 academic year. According to Article 11.3 of the Royal Decree 1497/1987, of 27 November, the curriculum leading to an official 3-year degree in Preschool Education at the University of Valencia will be phased out, as published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) of 16 October 2000. The undergraduate degree programme will gradually be introduced and the 3-year degree will be gradually phased out. Once each year has been phased out, four to six exam attempts will be maintained the following two years. If the exam attempts are used up, students are required to continue their studies adapting to the updated degree programme.
