The poet and essayist Arturo Borra coordinates for the “Espai Cultural” a study seminar focused on the analysis of intersectionality from texts and testimonies on feminism, anti-racism and alter-globalism
The Vicedegnat de Cultura, Igualtat i Polítiques inclusives launches, during the second semester, the seminar "Articular las resistencias (I): feminism, antiracism and altermundism", coordinated by Arturo Borra and Begonya Pozo. During the four scheduled sessions (consult the dates and times on the poster), theoretical concepts will be discussed and representatives of various social movements will take part in the debate on the need to articulate the multiple resistances that are deployed in the present, since it constitutes one of the central political challenges of our time. Identifying multiple oppressions that intersect in our present, as well as different dissenting practices capable of articulating with each other constitute crucial challenges. With a participative and dialogical methodology, the seminar proposes the participation of activists in the field of feminism, anti-racism and anti-capitalism, as well as the inclusion of some reference texts to enrich the debate framework.
