The UV OPAL has launched a new training labour supply for the 2018-2019 academic year.

There are 24 courses aimed at students with the purpose of making easier the integration into the labor market through the acquisition of skills and abilities that will enable them for their job.

Among the courses on competences and skills, the following stand out: "Strategies for labour insertion: curricular analysis and selection processes", "Professional competences for effective performance in the workplace", The job selection interview: training for the acquisition of competences", "Communication and decision-making skills", "Personal brand and job search in social networks", among others.

OPAL also offers courses for people interested in business creation, such as the courses "Learn to undertake", "Group entrepreneurship: the advantages of the Work Cooperative", and "Design, development and presentation of the business plan".

It is worth mentioning the offer of an online course, "The success of entrepreneurship" and another blended learning course "Tools for job search" to make it easier for students.

All the courses are recognised with university participation credits in the degrees. The enrolment period has already begun and will remain open until the beginning of each course.
