Disciplinary regulations

Players’ registration:

Regulation for the participation of ADEIT, centres with agreements with the UV, halls of residence and other centres in the internal competition

Calendars, results and classifications (all campuses).

Football 7: Male, Female and Mixed.

The Football 7 championship of the Universitat de València is divided in two phases. The first phase is held simultaneously in Burjassot, Blasco Ibañez and Tarongers Campuses. The second phase is called Intercampus phase and gathers the best classified teams in each campus to compete for the UV championship. Additionally, the winning and runner-up teams are proclaimed in each campus.

The teams can register in the competition at the campus that they wish, but only in one of them. A player can only play in one team of football 7.

Registration period of the teams:

From 1st to 28th October 2019

Start of the competition: From 11th November

Intercampus phase

It is composed of the 16 best teams of the three campuses which are classified proportionally to the participation in the competition of each campus. This phase is based on an eliminatory system and the winning team is proclaimed champion of the UV.

Principal’s Trophy

The Principal’s Trophy is organised by means of a mixed system divided in two phases. First, there is a classifying round. Then, an eliminatory single-match phase takes place.

The Principal’s Trophy takes place after the internal championship. This consists in a qualifying phase in which the teams are distributed in groups, having each group three teams. The first teams of each group are classified. They will play the eliminatory single-match phase.

Fees:

  • Internal Championship (includes the registration to the Principal’s Trophy).
    • Registration of men’s teams: €70
    • Registration of women’s teams: 70€
    • Registration of mixed teams: €70
  • Principal’s Trophy
    • Registration of new teams: €20

ECTS credits

Participation in the internal competition allows students to obtain 1 ECTS credit per season. Players are required to play a minimum number of matches. Check the requirements.

Registration of players:

The registration of the players is done in the self-registration platform:

In the offer you should select the campus and in which team you are going to play (remember you are not allowed to play the same sport in different campuses), then select “Competitions” and “1” and you will access to the offer.

Select the “Players’ offer...” corresponding to the sport in which you wish to participate and follow the registration process until it is fully completed. The registration is free.

Once the registration is done and after 48 hours, the delegate of your team will send you by e-mail an application form for becoming part of the team. Once you have accepted the application form you will be automatically registered in the team.

Remember that the email address in which you will receive the application form is the one that was assigned by the UV to you.

If you have any doubts, go to the Office of the Secretary of sports of your campus.

Registration of teams: (Information for delegates)

The registration of the team is done by its representative, who must be a member of the UV university community (a UV e-mail is also required).

Two payments should be done, one for the internal championship and other for the Principal’s Trophy. Once the payment is made, the place is reserved for the person who has made the registration in the timetable chosen.

It is not necessary for the bank card to be owned by the same person who is registering for the activity.

Only the registration fees are paid. Then, the deposit will be returned.

The registration process is detailed below:

1. Check the timetables and choose the one that fits you best.

2. Access the self-registration platform for activities, courses and competitions of the Service of Sports.

3. Choose the option “user related to the UV” during the registration.

4. Access to the offer:

4.1. Select the campus where you want to play (and where the requested sport is offered). Note that the competitions correspond to all the UV, but in the case of the most popular sports (Football 7 and Men’s Indoor Football) a preliminary round is played in the three campuses (Blasco Ibañez, Burjassot and Tarongers). The rest of sports are played in one of the campuses. In the information section of each sport you can find the place where the activity takes place, so it is convenient for you to consult it before starting the enrolment process.

4.2. Select the type of activity and the term in which the registration starts (<1> Internal Championship; <2> Principal’s Trophy).

4.3. Once the available offer is unfolded (if one schedule is full, the correspondent offer will not be visible) select the option in which you want to play and formalize your enrolment according to the instructions in the screen. In this moment, you will have to do the payment using your bank card.

5. Within the first 48 hours after formalizing the payment, you will receive an email with instructions to access your user account within the team management platform, from which you can register and cancel players during the season, within the established terms. Follow the instructions of the application.

Registration of players

Players with whom you wish to play should be registered before in the players’ database (online enrolment).

From the delegate’s platform you should send an application form to each of the players that you are interested to have. The computer system will send a consent request to the email of each of the possible players. If the answer is positive, the player will be automatically included in the team, that you will be able to check in your delegate’s platform.

To recruit players, it is mandatory that your account is a valid UV e-mail address; otherwise the player incorporation form will be lost.

The players’ card should be validated (recruitment by the delegate and players consent) at least 48 hours before the start of the championship. Once the second session has finished, players can be added to the original team within 48 hours before the first match.
