Practice:

The orientation of the classes allows the participation of people with different physical condition, age and sex as there are no uncontrolled situations of confrontation. The overall physical condition and quality as the coordination and control improve quickly with practice at the same time that technical progress in learning. A certain degree of commitment and involvement is required in order to advance and enjoy the practice.

As in other fight arts, there is a level system where you advance through periodic exams to the level of black belt and higher (dans).

There are different tendencies or styles in karate, that in an advanced level it means having to decide between one or another due to technical peculiarities. In an initiation or medium level you don not need to think about these aspects, since the fundaments are the same. If you practise karate and, above all, you have an advanced level in a determined style, during your university stay, you do not have to change anything of what you have learnt so far. Any of our instructors will force you into changing your working methods. Moreover, our university hosts students all over the world and some of them practise karate and can exchange their knowledge with us.

For more information about styles we practice, you can click the links of each campus or contact to any instructors.
