Self-Defence
KOMA Self-Defence lessons teach men and women the most effective techniques to solve violent situations in which they can be involve in their daily life.
KOMA Self-Defence is especially developed to solve the most common violent situations in our society. It takes special consideration in the cases of certain professional groups such as physicians, health personnel, teachers and public employees.
KOMA Self-Defence is neither a martial art nor a combat sport. "Katas" or "pumses" do not exist. We do not teach how to make points, nor to compete according to a sport regulation. We do not train mystical exercises with no practical sense. We teach how to SURVIVE.
KOMA Self-Defence is a scientific method based on research, testing and analysis of each technique to achieve the highest efficiency.
KOMA is a very practical self-defence system, since, from first lesson, students use effective techniques that they will find useful in real situations.
KOMA Self-Defence technical arsenal is very broad: kicks, punches, nudges, knee strikes, dislocations, strangulations and projections not only in the far and short distance but also on the ground.
