The internal championship has two tournaments: 2019-20 Internal Championship and the 2020 Rector Trophy.

The Beach Volley Championship of  the UV takes place at the Fronton Volley Court at the Blasco Ibañez Campus:

The competition will take place depending on the number of registered team

The participating teams shall be mixed, that is, teams with men and women (more information in competition rules).

ECTS Credits:

Participation in the internal competition allow students to obtain oneECTS credit per season. Players are required to play a minimum number of matches. Check the requirements.

Competition rules

Annex to the competition’s regulations

Adjournment (Point 11 of the regulations):

In the league competition, each team may only adjourn two matches during the season.
One of the matches may be adjourn without agreement of the opposing team, the "documento para los aplazamientos" (document for adjournments) shall be filled with a minimum of two-working days in advance. The other match (or the two) may be adjourned previous agreement of the opposing team.

In both cases, it is compulsory to fill in the adjournment document.
The organisation is in charge of setting the new date of the match, as in the Blasco Ibañez Campus a lot of activities are carried out and the teams are not allowed to choose the date.

All matches adjourned should be played before the last day of the competition. In the last two matches adjournment is not allowed.
This annex amends the paragraph 11 of the regulations for internal competitions in Blasco Ibañez.

Teams registration (Information for the delegates)

This academic year there is a new registration system of the internal competition teams (Internal Championship and Principal’s Trophy) integrated within the same environment as the rest of the activities; hence, fee payment will be done using a bank card in the registration platform. The registration of the team is done by the delegate who should be member of the UV community (he/she should have a valid UV email account). It is not necessary for the bank card to be owned by the same person who is registering for the activity.

There is a payment for the Internal Championship and another one for the Principal’s Trophy. Once the payment has been done, the place is blocked in favour of the person requesting it in the selected schedule.

Only registration fees are paid. The deposit is supressed.

The enrolment process is detailed on the following lines:

1. Check the offered schedules and choose the most convenient for you
2. Access the platform for self-enrolment in activities, courses and competitions by the Physical Education and Sports Service
3. Select, within the self-enrolment entry, ‘user linked to the Universitat’
4. Access to offer:

• Select the campus where you want to play (and where the requested sport is offered). Take into account that the competition corresponds to the whole UV but in sports with a higher participation (seven-a-side football and indoor football) a previous round is played in all three campuses (Blasco Ibáñez, Burjassot y Tarongers). The rest of the sports are played in one of the campuses. In each of the sports’ information you can find the place where the activity is carried out, so it is convenient for you to consult it before starting the enrolment process.
