Self-Defense

KOMA Self-Defense System lessons aim to teach men and women the most effective techniques to solve situations of aggressions with violence in which you can involve in your daily life.

KOMA Self-Defense System is especially developed to solve situations of aggressions with the most common violence in our society by thinking especially about citizens and professional collectives such as physicians, health personnel, teachers and public employees.

KOMA Self-Defense System is not a martial art nor a combat sport. Here "katas" or "pumses" do not exist. We do not teach how to make points, nor to compete according to a sport regulation. We do not train mystical exercises with no practical sense. We teach how to SURVIVE.

KOMA Self-Defense System is a scientific method based on research, testing and analysis of each technique to achieve the highest efficiency.

KOMA is a very practical Self-Defense System, since, from first lesson, students use effective techniques useful for them to self-defend in real situations.

KOMA Self-Defense System technical arsenal is very broad because all this is coached: kicks, punches, nudges, knee strikes, dislocations, strangulations and projections not only in the far and short distance but also on the ground.
