In the course of 2014/15, at the initiative of Càtedra Divina Pastora of Adapted Sport of Universitat de València (CDPDAUV), Sport and Physical Education Service of UV and CDPDAUV organized the first inclusive Goalball Inter-University Championship in which participated Universities of Alacant, Miguel Hernández and València.
Committee of University Sport Autonomic Championship in 2015, accepted the proposal of incorporating Goalball as promotion sport. In the course of 2015/16 takes part of the official competition programme as promotion sport. Universitat d’Alacant organized the Championship in which the participation of Universities of Alacant, Miguel Hernández and València remained.
Universitat de València, will host the Championship in the course 2019/20.
