It is aimed at any person who is interested in the knowledge of the general aspects about the conflict management and the mediation in order to develop specific course in the matter.

First, this course has the purpose of establishing the framework of the mediation within the techniques of extrajudicial conflict resolution. Then, the student will acquire the necessary tools for the analysis and diagnosis of the conflict. Once these competences have been acquired, the principles, characteristics and requirements of mediation will be studied, to subsequently internalize the phases of a mediation process, developing the relational skills of the initial phases.
