ADMISSIONS CRITERIA:
Those students who hold a certificate of a Degree in Optics
and Optometry. The certifications of the area
of Health Sciences, as well as the foreign higher education certifications
prior to homologation according to the current regulation will be also taken into consideration.
The following criteria will be take into account in the admission of students:
1.-CV, worth 90% with regard to the final score, taking
into account:
1.1.- Academic record, until 40 points (Calculated through the average mark
of the academic report, calculated in accordance to the established in the Royal Decree
1125/2003, for Spanish studies, and in the case of foreign studies, it will be obtained in accordance to the equivalences established by the Ministry of Education
among the qualifications of these foreign systems and the specific of the Spanish educative system).
1.2.- Professional Experience, up to 20 points.
1.3.- Seminars and workshops carried out, conferences attended, training curses.
publications, stays in other universities until 30 points.
1.4.-knowledge of languages of a scientific interest, up to 10 points.
2.-Personal interview, worth 10% of the final mark in regard to the final
scoring. In this interview we will value:
2.1.-Researching experience in projects in the field of research lines
associated with the programme, specially, the one carried out in the Master’s Degree Final Project.

2.2.- Candidates must have some knowledge of the research lines associated with
Doctoral Studies Programme. (50%)
