Introduction to Mindfulness based on Buddhist tradition

The workshop will be a theoretical-experiential presentation on mindfulness based on Buddhist translation (MBTB), a methodology for the development of full attention created by the Zen Buddhist master Dokushô Villalba, founding president of the Soto Zen Buddhist Community, master of the Luz Serena Zen monastery and founding president of the Full Attention School.
