The Congress, which will take place virtually, is organized by the University of Valencia (Permanent Research Group "Person and Family" -GIUV 2013-1) and the Institute of Ibero-American Law. The Center for Research in Business Management (CEGEA) and the review Actualidad Jurídica Iberoamericana collaborate in it.

The Congress is eminently practical, analyzing in it the main measures and regulations issued after the declaration of state of alarm as a consequence of COVID-19 and, from these, the legal challenges posed in the different branches of Law will be addressed. Registration will be free except for those who want to submit communication, in which case it will be 10 euros. The selected communications will be published in the "Tribune" Section of the IDIBE website (http://idibe.org/category/tribuna/),ISSN 2531-033X. Its extension must be a maximum of 5 pages to a space, following the Tribune format (without footnotes). Registration will entitle you to a Certificate of attendance.
