Today 3 March will begin a new edition of the Sessions organised by the Jean Monnet “European Values” of the Universitat de València at the Tarongers Campus. In this occasion, the topic of discussion will be Human Rights within the framework of the European Union.

This encounter is distributed in three days that begin on 3 March with a conference about La protección de los valores de la Unión Europea (Spanish for The protection of the European Union values) and another on La ciudadanía de la Unión Europea (Spanish for European Union Citizenship).

On Wednesday 11 March, the second session will take place with a lecture surrounding La protección de los derechos sociales en Europa (Spanish for Social Rights protection in Europe) and, finally, the 12th Edition of the Session will close on 22nd April with the conferences La Carta de los Derechos Fundamentales de la Unión Europea (Spanish for The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union) and Asistencia consular a los ciudadanos de la Unión Europea (Spanish for Consular Assistance for European Union citizens).
