8th International Conference of Family Rights
The 8th International Conference of Family Rights “New Legislative and Case-Law Tendencies in Terms of Disabilities, Family and Inheritance” will take place on 8th March 2019 at the College of Notaries of Valencia.
The Conference is organised by the Institute of Ibero-American Law, the University of Valencia (Permanent Research Group “Individual and Family”-GIUV 2013-1) and the research projects 764204 – GoInEU and 796041 – GoInEUPlus, funded by the European Union.
The conference is eminently practical and will analyse the new laws and the main decisions of the Supreme Court of Spain.
Discussions are expected to take place and will be published afterwards. Discussions won’t be debated in writing.
