The room service will make the beds and clean the rooms from 10 everyday in the morning. Towels will be changed twice a week and bedlinen once a week.
It is not permitted to leave clothes or shoes on the window sills nor in the balconies. It is possible to use the laundry service or the clothes line located in the Residence terrace, which is open between 10 in the morning and 8 in the evening.
You can apply for cradles or additional beds for children under 15 when you make the reservations, without any additional cost.
Neither pets nor bicycles are allowed in the rooms.
