Dolors Corella is the coordinator of the Healthful University of the Universitat de València, researcher in nutrigenetic, specialist on the Mediterranean diet and head of the Investigation Group of the Centro de Investigación Biomédica en Red (CIBER). Physiopathology of Obesity and Nutrition. On his part, Andreu Escrivà is PhD. in Biodiversity and environmental adviser and the author of the book Todavía no es tarde: claves para entender y parar el cambio climático (Bromera/PUV, 2017), winner of the XXII Premio Europeo de Divulgación Científica ‘Estudi General’.
