The Faculty of Chemistry gets of the International Accreditation Eurobachelor®.
The event was held on Wednesday, June 19, at the headquarters of the Institute of Engineering of Spain (IIE), in Madrid.
The delivery of the certification, in the framework of the 'III Seminar on the International Labels of Quality and its development in Spain and Latin America', has been organized by the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation (ANECA) and by the Institute of Engineering (IIE).
Isabel Vázquez, Vice-Principal of Studies and Language Policy of the University of València, has been in charge of collecting the accreditations on behalf of the institution, together with Paula Marzal, director of the ETSE-UV; Adela Mauri, dean of Faculty of Chemistry; and Carmen Dasí, director of the Quality Unit of the University of València.
The importance of these awards in the improvement of the university system of the national territory, as well as in the international arena, was highlighted in the event. The session was honoured by the presence of the Secretary General of Universities, José Manuel Pingarrón; of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities; the General Council of Official Associations of Computer Engineering; the General Council of Official Associations of Technical Engineering in Computing; and the Royal Spanish Society of Chemistry.
