It is a guide to help citizens in general to reflect on the social repercussions of what we consume, the importance and transcendence of Fair Trade, how can we identify its products and where we can have access to them.

This guide, promoted by the former Office of the Vice-Principal's Office for Equality, Diversity and Sustainability, the Sustainability Commission through the Working Groups, the SDG Chair for Cooperation and Sustainable Development and the former Principal's Delegate for Sustainability, has been funded by the Regional Department of Participation, Transparency, Cooperation and Democratic Quality of the Generalitat Valenciana (Valencian Government) in the framework of the agreement with the Chair of Cooperation and Sustainable Development of the Universitat de València, the Guide to Fair Trade and Responsible Consumption of the UV is presented.
